​Artist Statement

My artwork acts as a journal on paper that I display on a wall or through a postcard. Instead of keeping my drawings in a sketchbook, I try to let them out onto paper and then color them in and frame them. They are usually places from my imagination or places I’ve been to, some not very far away. They act as a way for me to communicate to others what I think of our world. I hope the message rings clear - that there is beauty in our ordinary adventures.
